Hey I'm the owner of holobooru, someone from here messaged me asking about my booru and youtube.booru.org

They shut down booru creation about a week before /vt/ was created, and holobooru was made 2 months before that. Youtube.booru.org is someone else's abandoned booru that another anon tried to request ownership of back in February as a general /vt/ booru. A troll came around at the same time and ruined the request process so now the rule is that you need either the owner's permission or admin status "for many years" whatever that means.

Myself and another anon from the drawthread contacted the owner and convinced them to unlock it. The troll mentioned earlier coincidentally ramped up their attacks on booru.org a week later and the higher-ups decided to lock every booru on the network immediately after.
