There's an excellent SciFi manga, Chirality by Satoshi Urushihara, in which at some point every woman in the world has to always leave their tits publicly visible through a window in their clothes. Like, there's an actual reason for it in the plot! Later on the requirement extends to the pubic area too.
For me, now, anything below that does not qualify as "panties do not exist in this world."
