???? You seem to have misunderstood some things, so let me attempt to clarify a little.

>foreign religions
The matter of Stargazers serving as the Empire’s oracles has nothing to do with acknowledging foreign religions. The conceit of the Ninisani Empire is that while the individual kingdoms represent the splits, the Empire as a whole represents the entirety of /nijien/, so in theory the whole of the pantheon is worshiped across the entire Empire. The degrees to which this is actually true obviously varies, but what matters here is that acknowledging Stargazers as the Empire’s oracles is not the same as saying Selenium has to acknowledge other gods/goddesses. All this would really mean is that every once in a while Selenium receives a missive from Stargard containing news about the things Stargard’s oracles have divined – news about the goddess Selen’s activities in the Heavenly Realm, obviously, but also any prophecies or omens that would potentially affect the Empire as a whole. To go back to the example about the post leaking Noctyx's lineup, in-universe that might have been delivered as a dire warning that war would soon come to the lands, further fracturing the Empire. Acknowledging Stargard's oracles would just affect whether or not Selenium bothered believing the omen was true, and therefore taking that warning seriously.

Again, it’s fine if you’d still prefer not to acknowledge Stargazer oracles as true oracles, I just thought I’d explain since you seemed to be misunderstanding the premise.

>Although Selenium wishes to conquer most, if not all of the Nijicontinent, their current factionalism would not allow it!!
As I said in the original post, this would have been a historical event that occurred sometime in the past, not something occurring in the present. I see Panon recommended having it be Horik, and from glancing through the History of Pomerania, I agree with that being a fitting time for it. (Yes, this would mean a Noctyx fanbase was somehow in Ninisani before Obsydia. Don’t think about it too hard, speed of plot is your friend.)
