I think the difference is Redo of Healer is basically a hentai, and anyone who read the basic plot summary before it aired had a good idea that it'd just be a rehash of Shield Hero with a equally angsty protagonist and actual porn. It's like when Ishuzoku Reviewers came out, everyone knew what to expect except a few women on Twitter who were outraged over it.

Mushoku is actually a high budget anime with good animation and music and by all accounts could've had the potential to be an instant classic if the source material weren't so sleazy. Half the criticism is people who went into it thinking it was a typical iyashikei isekai like Ascendance of a Bookworm where a hikki NEET gets a second chance at a good life by reincarnating as a child. It had all the recipe for that kinda series, so normies were pretty offended when they went into it and one of the first scenes is the protagonist getting kicked out of his house for jacking it to cp followed by groping his own mom's tits as a baby.
