It's actually a lot less than that. I don't want to get into "which site is better" but I'll say that Twitch's more aggressive monetization means you can get by if you can pull just a couple hundred viewers. Streamer I follow has talked about wanting to quit her day job to pursue streaming full time because she thinks it'll work out for her now and you can just see her stats here lol. One of the most annoying things about this board in general is how much Hololive's numbers have conditioned people to think you're a failure if you aren't pulling like 5k minimum.
