Man this is going to turn into a blogpost.
To add to that you can't really genetically modify yourself to become a man or woman.
I mean the dangers of genetic modification to yourself are pretty hefty ranging from cancer to death.
I mean, it's like wanting to look like a Korean even thought you're black.
Surgery/HRT isn't really a good idea either since you're basically removing your body parts and pumping hormones that your body never really produced usually.
Again that's a sort mixture of my own subjective thoughts/opinions and objective facts.
