It is just easier to watch EN chuubas, the only con is that depending on where the chuuba live, time zones can fuck you up (most of the time NA chuubas, EU are fine)

I would probably have us meet up at a botanical garden or some other place where we can walk and talk out in nature. Preferably something with interesting sights or plants that would make for easy conversation that leads to us opening up more about our lives/who we are so that we could get to know each other better.
If I find out she's the kind of girl who likes talking during movies and making jokes at the cinema, I'd maybe take her to a film. Maybe whatever big blockbuster that came out recently if neither of us has seen it and just riff on it together. Movies for first dates can be kind of rough though since you can only talk so much during them, so perhaps I'd opt for a reasonably nice place to grab dinner after walking around all day.
