I also thought it's disgusting at first, but you really just have to think about it.
Vomit is almost like a semen, but also has a really strong erotic smell, and there is just a lot more of it. It's so warm, and if you let it be on your skin for a while, you'll feel like it's irritating it a bit (again, just like a semen). Not only that, but there is so much different possible textures, color and flavors. There is vomit from alcohol that smells and tastes one way, vomit with all kinds of foods with different textures and even vomit without any food - just pure gastric juice.
Point is, there is nothing sick and unnatural in this.
