I watch nijisanji because streamers feel like humans who enjoy streaming, putting in the effort to get to know their audience and not belittle them by putting up the front of the "character" between them and their viewers.
I've been with Pomu through thick and thin and learned so much about her, managed to see myself reflected in many of the things she does and speaks about which also helped me moved forward with my life, got me out of my comfort zone and helped me make more friends too!
I always think to myself, if Pomu who is a hardcore weeb managed to become a greatly influential person despite all of her shortcomings, obstacles and self doubt, then so can I!
The sense of community is also geared towards reaching out people who you'd have nothing in common with and finding a middle ground to meet and build a base of communication with. You can go to an anime con and talk up strangers, male or female with no problem, it's easier to make friends for me these days.

Also Pomu is full of energy, she's got pep, she's got spunk, Pomu is motivated and determined to keep moving on, she just keeps moving forward no matter what, she's helped others see the bright side of things when everything around them looked dark, and I like all of that about her!
