She likes her default outfit, she just hates the fucking chest cloth being bouncy and how her avatar keeps freezing. So far, she hasn't had many issues with her new outfit.
But going by the comment that she intends to add more emotes and them being with her new outfit, it's likely she knows she won't get a new rigger for her default and would not want to waste money on gambling with a new one like Risu did.
My only hope is that Cover somehow deludes themselves into thinking Shin is good enough and we get a Reine situation, where they take Itou to work on a new gen and they assign her a "worse" one to work on her new outfit or 2.0
