Probably a combination of many things, but if I were to point at one thing there was a regular with an impressive lack of self-awareness to the point where it made me as a viewer uncomfortable to watch at times
He would send essays with his bit messages that were just flattery telling her how she's the best thing in his life since sliced bread
Every other message he sent was about how his life revolves around her or trying to "subtly" tell her that he wants to sleep with her, taking any excuse to ask her if he can cuddle and kiss her all night and shit like that even when the conversation at hand had no relation at all
For the longest time she was visibly sick of it, looking at chat and not saying anything while his messages were visible, ignoring his bit messages or just saying "thanks for the money" in a dry tone without reading them, and he would never pick up on the hints or even when she she would straight up say "don't do shit like this"
He wasn't the only offender but he certainly was the most egregious by far
More generally I think she just wants to be able to play her role of being your cute and affectionate little sister without having to deal with autists that have never interacted with a female in their lives before being creepy as fuck in her chat

She has been busy with school, but I don't see how that means a bf, specially since she said she's graduating from school soon and will have more time to stream after that, so unless she's the kind to plan breakups months in advanced for some reason it seems she's being honest about just being busy with school
