I have been awake for 38 hours and i unironically dont feel tired. I have 2 energy drink, do you think if i drink them, will i get tired after the sugar rush goes off?

My new 17yo girlfriend Jessica turned out to be a 29yo boyfriend, Gustavo. Gustavo also took my wallet, phone and watch. He is now threating to turn in our private messages to the police if i dont cought up 500 usd every week to him. Should i just kill him or myself? Im so fucked either way

i've been with my gf (now ex) now for 3 years and about 2 years ago i got into watching vtubers and gura has always been my favorite. about a year ago my gf found out i had been watching them and was curious too and i was watching Calli when she found out. she was okay with it but she said she'd be upset with me if it "spent too much money" on it and i told her i havn't spent once cent.
well, flashforward to two nights ago and i was watching gura clips and my gf had been drinking and saw what i was watching. she got really mad and accused me of being a attracted to gura and said she was creeped out that i would watch her. we had a big fight where she threw a patron bottle and it hit me in the head, it didn't break so she picked it up again and threw it but she missed and it broke the front window of our apartment. after that my gf got in her car and said she was going back to her moms house. well after the window got broken the neighbors had called the cops and they showed up and assumed it was me broke the window and chased my gf off. i didn't want to explain what the argument had started over but i tried telling them it wasn't me who broke the glass since i wasn't inebriated. they were about to put me in cuffs but they got a call from dispatch that they had just arrested someone in a hit and run and it was gf. she blew just above after they pulled her over for side swiping a parked car and a cop saw her run. she so was arrested for that plus a DUI. she called around midnight begging me to post her bail before the friday night cutoff so she wouldn't be stuck in the drunk tank all night and then be stuck in the county jail till monday. I told her i thought she deserved this and that she needed to get help for her drinking problem. i don't want to break up with her but she needs help
but the problem now is that she just tried coming home because i guess her mom posted her bail and was super pissed of at me. she said she's "talking to a lawyer" to file a report on me for watching gura since she think im messed up in the head and think i might have "illegal images" on my computer if i watch her.
the worst part is, is if this actually goes to court, the state i live in can actually subpoena gura for contextual input for any "evidence" they find (pro tip: theres nothing like that)


I think i will legitimately die if gura has to go to court because my (now ex) gets far enough with this. i just want to apologize to everyone here in advance if this disrupts her schedule
