Seems like they are going to start with a simple open world type area, something they have been developing for some time now, probably just some second life type thing.
Holos will play with fans and maybe later make it more like an actual RPG, hell, with how many autistic fans they all have, they will probably get a lot of free labor and even more money thrown at them from their whales.
They should get an actual game developer and big investor on board though.
