Side note and I don't mean this as criticism, but does anyone else get nostalgic about the hype around Mori's older releases? It usually felt like a big event. Now that Mori pumps out so much music at an insane pace, it feels like that diminishes the hype from her more recent releases.
IMO UnAlive was the biggest casualty from this since it was undercut by the announcement of SN. Not trying to criticize her work ethic or anything though.

If I'm gonna play devil's advocate and be brutal, the song does sound soulless compared to her older songs. Mera Mera doesn't give off that distinct Mori vibe like most of her other songs do. This feeling is exacerbated by the fact that this is after joining UMG and one of the biggest worries is that Mori's music will start to plummet in quality to appeal to the masses.
