Alright here's my take.

Most 40k games are either extremely slow, extremely dense or just kind of bad.
Best game for stream: (Lumi, Yuri, Pippa, Lia, Tenma): Necromunda: Hired Gun.
May be good to stream when it comes out: Darktide.
Decent for stream: Space Marine (Lumi).
Acceptable for stream leading sus: Dawn of War 1 + DLC (Lumi)
Horrible for stream: Mechanicus (primarily pace leading to an inevitable spiraling into lore autism that people dump for their own rather than the streamer's amusement combined with the unfun kind of heckling, leading to a Fuck No reaction and a small but ensuring worsening of relations)
Impossible to stream, bad, not out yet, terribly out of date or a combination of the above: Everything else on this list
