The JP side has far worse PR and drama. The way they handle shit has never changed. This only gives me the conclusion that what happened in EN was infacted indirectly caused by the higher up. At this point I'm not sure if I shouls call them managers because they don't function as one. They don't know what they were doing most of the time and outright refused Pomu's ideation. If it was Elira I'd believe she would choose to go along with Pomu's and Selen wasn't even a problem since it was her using her own money to fund her project. But she couldn't get through approval from the higher up, the ones that don't care about your branch at all and only cared about the money they invested in the stock. These kind of people want to feel in charge and money. If you have ever dealt with these asshole japanese managers that took this job because they were one of the investors you'd understand. They'd destroy the whole business they worked in and they got the fuck out while using the workers as shield and blamed all their failures on them. In reality they were the one making those fuckup decisions. That's why I don't blame Doki nor anyone else. Because she wasn't the one that caused the problems here.
