Not all of the other ENs have actually kept a conventional 9-5 job while taking care of themselves and therefore lack some of the professionalism that sort of thing demands. She's also a perfectionist who insists on doing everything she does to her high standards, so little things like start times and the like really bother her if she doesn't get them right.

She has her own flaws, though. Like her irrational fear of communicating with her senpai or asking them for things, her willingness to entirely scrap fun/enjoyable content just because it's scuffed and her tendency to be caught in indecision (she's needed a new computer for years now, her floundering when her KU broke down) for instance.

She's pretty cute though, and all of her strengths and flaws come from the fact she's a shameless and adorable tryhard.
