My 2 cents? Management fucked up no matter what way you look at it.
If nobody in NijiEN bullied Selen, they essentially threw all the ENs under the bus, causing schizos to speculate and harass the other livers with NO evidence.
Which is also ironic because it's "suppost the talent not the corpo" until the corpo spreads rumors that some of the livers may be bullies, then they totally believe the corpo because the want their rrats confirmed.
The whole bullying segment shouldn't even be in the announcement. It paints an awful look on them that now, people think they terminated her because she didn't "suck it up" and deal with the bullying.
I already came to terms with how Selen didn't want to be in the company any longer, the private MV was even about how she wasn't gonna stick around forever. I feel like she was ready to announce her graduation very soon. They should've just written the announcement as a graduation and left it at that. Even notSelen said she decided on leaving first, they could've saved their ass with the "mutual agreement that she would leave" instead of making it look like they kicked her out with no warning.
I'm just kinda mad ok, if they made it a graduation people would just accept it as another "not fit for nip corpo autism" thing, we'd also have less Zaion dickriders as no matter what, she was rightfully terminated and doesn't deserve to be defended.
