Heavy body dismorphia exists, transgenderism is a symptom of utter hatred of their self-identity.

"Sex change" is peddled as a cure for it but it is not because you cannot change your biology. Imagine any other disease where people tell you they have a cure: 6% it will heal you, 94% chance it will make you 20 times more suicidal than your peers and its irreversible. Would you take that pill?
What these people need is not hormones and surgeries that will fuck their identity further but years of fucking therapy to see what fucked their brains and brought them to this.
