I feel like a lot of people are sleeping on Suisei for time stage this patch. Her passives and 1.3x Attack make her crazy good for the Stream of Tears rush strategy.

Of course I'm still slower here, but this wasn't a particularly good rng run and could be much faster if you're willing to waste some time trying to get a good run.
