Literally everything but the actual streaming I ask my friends/viewers who know for help, sometimes paid. This includes 3D modeling, software/hardware support, mixing, advertising, clipping. Also helps with sobriety, self-care, cooking, finances and just finding people to game/stream with. I've yet to come across a need to commission an outside professional.

The more you know the better though, might as explore you and yourself. Prioritize your needs and wants.

Have you seen Craftopia where you can upload your .vrm to play as? It's not a fun game solo though, best for collabs with other streamers who use vroid/vrhub. Highly recommend.

Please post something if you want more specific feedback. Hope pic related helps with hair textures though. My modeler ended up combining the two and I'm super happy with the results.
