Were gonna take a deep dive into uncanny valley. Not an artist myself, but if you want it to look better, simplifying the face, making it more anime-like will help. Stuff like removing or shrinking the lips or making the eyes little more 2D
If the aim was to be lifelike, then good luck to you; You'll need it if you wanna climb up the valley.
