See, the thing you retarded cunts forget the most is the reason for a company's existence.
The company exists so that the chuubas can put out content without having to fear OUTSIDE attacks like mass reports, random copyright strikes etc. and to have a collaborative pool of IP and content to use for their own streams from fellow livers.

Any "rules" that are set up are to ensure that the talents are not violating the copyright of any OUTSIDE person involved, so that things are smoothed over and any copyright strikes can be LEGALLY contested if they ever happen.

The livers do not own the fucking IP. The COMPANY does. That's the whole point of joining companies, so that you have a shared pool of IPs that you can freely use, modify, react etc.
"Nina Kosaka" and "Mysta Rias" are property of Anycolor Inc. There is ZERO DANGER of outside copyright strikes or legal issues for using your own fucking company's IP, other than the company ITSELF taking issue.
This is the same shitshow with Zaion, she promoted her wavemate's MV on her channel and got fucking SUSPENDED for it.
