Something like that but many things. Idk how it is in the US (assuming youre from there) but here you can buy many things as pre cooked stuff in a can to reheat. Not healthy as it has little to no vitamins and all the other stuff as its mostly chemical ingredients rather than fresh food from what i understand. I do use vitamin supplements but its not replacement to a healthy diet of fresh food. Better then nothing i guess and i dont want to get old anyway.

I cant personally relate to that. In my case anxiety for me usually shows by my hands shaking, exess sweating (like idk when too many people are in a supermarket as an example), random chest pains or just being stressed the fuck out to the point i can barely sleep. But anxiety/symptoms for it are different for anyone.

You cant hide (im joking). I dont even memorize anons intentionally, but rather subconsciously as i overanalyze anything people say due to my Social anxiety. Due to that and generally being unable to forget things easily, i can tell some people apart from either their posting style, filenames or what they talk about in a random combination of these things. Sometimes im right and sometimes not. Easier to tell if you posted in the same general with people for months.

Dont worry i wont say names or call anyone out on theirs posts, if i notice who posted them. I think it mostly from overthinking anything people say due to my social anxiety and by doing so i get way too used to peoples posting styles and im generally not someone to easily forget things, all of that stuff adds up. Also add the fact ive been doing almost nothing but reading 4chan threads for the past two years (mostly /vsj+/ which was my first "home" thread so to say), so you get used to notice peoples posting styles and such. Also gets way easier to tell for me with people i talked to in DMs on discord/IRC or whatever due to my overthinking.

The timing of my post was kinda funny, but i dont expect it to get too bad. Im not sure how much ill be around/awake today. I wanted to get my ass back into the /wAIfu/ discord again today and get the IRC up, but right now my brain is overthinking at max capacity so i have to see how i do that. Jokes aside and unrelated to this, but i wouldnt mind either way, what people think of pink cat (be it a joke or not) doesnt really affect how i see her. Pink cat will always be good to me. I might not be a gosling for her (bad idea anyway as she openly has a bf), but i do still like pink cat. I have my reasons for liking her and some people have reasons to dislike her, i usually leave it that. Why argue over random shit like this when i can stare at my walls instead? Honestly though there are better ways to spend your time instead of arguing over woman playing anime girls on the internet, thats why i dont really bother.
