I don't want to sound like a doomer, but for the female livers the branch is over. Everyone (including Elira, as shitty as her situation is) should start making plans for packing their bags and going indie or movie to other corpos. The PR has crashed and Nijisanji has shown zero competence in fixing this thing. Even if they manage to somehow turn things around (very much doubt it) every girl should still be one foot out the door.
Also the idea for a post-Niji boost is cope, but at least they won't have that anchor tier to their feet.
