I'm actually pretty surprised any of the JP girls stay with Phase honestly. They don't really get to receive much of the grow the company enjoys since it's mostly coming from the Eng side so they kinda stagnant growth wise. I mean what's stopping them from jumping ship to join an actual JP company that caters to a JP audience if they actually wanted to become successful vtubers? I guess the contract on the JP side must be pretty lax though if Fishman let's Nasa to multi-month breaks whenever she wants, so maybe it's more of a casual thing for them?
