No, luckily theres no nazi fucks around here that worship the worst human trash that ever existed in here anymore the ones that are dont get positions as cops. I called authorities but they dont do shit. They didnt do shit during the 3 years my previous upstairs neighbour did the same shit 24/7 back then until he overdosed on drugs or something. I didnt do anything as much as i wanted to. I wouldnt hurt anyone but myself in that way. Whatever i said was mostly stress talking. I dont even hate my mother despite how much of a piece of shit shes been in my life.

If i had several thousands of monwy to spent on a lawsuit i could just simply extend my range to all of Germany to find an apartment instead as range is limited due to money for me. I also dont have the mental energy left to bother for a lawsuit. If i did i would have done so with my current landlord years ago due to the downsides this apartment has i can legally lowe the rent i have to pay idk how much but to some extend probably not that it would much but create even more problems that take even more of a toll on my mental health.
