Anon, the perception that EN is not streaming enough is not because they don't put the hours.
They do, when they stream they're usually long streams instead of one hours streams.

But the fact they streamed very sparsely

make people see HUGE periods of their absences, HUGE gaps in their usual slots and have the impression that they're never there

Out of all of the Holo girls, in the past three months, the only one above the midpoint in number of streams is

with all of the rest being in the second half of that table.

Again, this does not mean they don't put the hours, but the perception is that they're more absent than they're present
That, and that if you miss their current 5 hours stream you'll only see them again in one week or so.
