I had an idea recently, a way to change how dividends work a bit, potentially even apply to adjustments too, but I'm not too sure on how it would work for that without breaking stuff, anyways, the idea I had is adding a "number of streams/videos in a week" metric, as we all know how divs work and that they are very fucked, usually limiting everyone but the top earners.

This metric would buff consistent channels, and possibly debuff the ones that aren't as consistent too. For example, look at pic related, Koyori had 33 streams in the last 20 days, if we look at her latest dividend payout she gave $1125, granted it was a special week with Kobo and Iofi being outliers and stealing the pool due to their channels getting banned, but if you look at the dividend archive she lives between $800 and $1200 regularly.

With this change chuubas that are consistent and put in the effort would be rewarded, I'm sure >we all remember Risu's NNN being disappointing as far as making money goes, this could have changed that, same with Bae's Febaerary.

What I particularly like about this idea is that it stays true to the game's original idea of "to encourage you to seek out and watch Holos who you otherwise wouldn't pay as much attention to", it would make reps sort of matter again, "X is doing 10 streams this week!?!?" "No way, Ayame is going into hiatus!?" and would, by proxy, make you keep up with other holos and what they are doing.

I also hope that this will really mix up dividends and even the playing field, we all know Suzy and Mori are very OP, and that's fine, they deserve it for making shitty music that gives them passive views, but the fact that they can still have a payout of $2000+ per week with almost no streams is pretty bullshit, this change could potentially bring them down when they are not streaming, which also balances them on normal schedules, it often happens that they have fewer streams than their peers due having to record music, they would still get an extra boost on music releases, videos should count after all, and in those occasions, I feel like it's deserved, but nowadays with 0 streams going on? Definitely not.

And it would hopefully help with other situations partially, recently it was brought to my attention that Towa literally beat Miko in every single metric last week, yet she paid $600 less in dividends than her, upon looking closer at the two it was even more absurd, Miko only got 3 videos counted for that week while Towa streamed daily with her apex addiction (or even twice a day sometimes), in that case, Towa would have been rewarded for consistency and Miko punished for it.

And that's just big channels! Hopefully, it could also bypass the retarded pool big numbers get more distribution and boost small ones that stream frequently, like the IDs, for example, Ayamy also comes to mind, I think she streams pretty often.

So that's the gist of it, a new metric that tracks the number of streams/videos in a week that plays into how dividends are distributed, giving consistent coins a much-deserved buff, nerfing hiatus coins, and it could also fix the Suzy/Mori situation or at least make it better and maybe even bring back doing some sort of reps.
