She manages to be bratty without crossing a line and becoming annoying, she's great at teasing, she barely has any filter if at all, you want to protect her and be there for her because she's fragile both physically and (sometimes) mentally.
You make her laugh and so does she but while you're enjoying it and want it to go on forever she stops the stream and says goodbye, leaving you with the need for more. At first it's fine, after all there's another stream the next day, but after a while it isn't enough. Kana knows this and exploits it to get more people obsessed with her.
