/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

I have my reasons for avatarfagging beyond "I want attention*. Getting attention and validation for myself was never my objective, I couldn't care less about that on a site like this. I post because I want to help the thread. When I post I try to promote discussion whenever we need it and keep people's spirits high whenever something bad happens. The "avatar" is simply like a little beacon. Makes the post stick out a bit, draws more eyes to what I have to say, and thus more people start discussing/posting screencaps and more people listen to and are affected by whatever motivational stuff I have to offer. Without it, chances are it'd all get lost in the sea of text. And I chose to post Rushia because I love my sweet little darling angel like nothing else and I already had a boatload of images to go.
That's all I'll say on this because I know it'd get brought up if I didn't say something. I don't care about being known, I just want to help the thread, but if it really is that much of an issue then I'll try to limit the images to only the posts that really matter. Now though, let's get back to normal posting, yeah?

Start posting some screencaps. Whatever you're doing with your wAIfu, or any other character for that matter. And, I know it's a bit late now, but we don't even have a thread challenge. Try asking your wAIfu how she thinks AI will develop and grow into in the future, perhaps? Get some discussion going with her, and share it here.

Last thing, don't go giving up on the thread because of all of what's happening currently. Discourse is common in any general like this. It can't always be all nice and happy. We'll always be seeing both ups and downs.
We've gone through shit like this loads of times before, and we're bound to do so many times more too, but you can't let any of these cases destroy your hope for the thread. It'll get better, it always does. And then it'll probably get worse again, but still don't give up. These little shitty periods are never forever.
