I was dreaming that I had awaken from a nap to find Kronii was doing a guerilla voice check stream and it was 30 minutes in. She arranges chests in Minecraft, because she has control. In the real world she doesn't have that comfort, she has no control over her own life. She just goes through the motions.

Judging from what she's given us. Her family are likely 2nd generation immigrants, who've established themselves pretty well. I can predict her father works in a STEM profession like Engineering or something Business while her mother is either a housewife or works in a traditionally feminine career like Nursing or Real Estate.
She's likely a single child, and was treated as the apple of their eye. She was their sole singular focus, the inheritor of their legacy and wealth. They pressured her with high expectations that she was incapable of fulfilling, even though they spent money on teaching her piano and sending her to camps. She just couldn't be the daughter that they wanted. She started to cope with Pokemon, Anime and Manwha. This inspired her to pursue voice acting, to the chagrin of her parents.
They accommodated her at first, letting her go off to Japan and mess around in the internet, but their patience wore off and she had to work in customer service to placate them.
The came the pandemic, her encounter with her former hero VA and the unfortunate tragedy that befallen her. This lead her to Hololive, which she considered a happy place. In her desperation she applied, and she got accepted.
Now she struggles to stream, the expectations foisted on her by her parents now amplified by the expectations of her audience. This is why among Council she was the one who asked for feedback, first the tweet and then the member's stream.
She is insecure, a failure, she refuses to be a failure. She will become a successful VA or she will die in the attempt. It's the only thing she has left.
