Unfortunately, to dreamchase is accepting that you probably live a much worse life than you normally would, at least supposedly untill you reach the dream.
My dream is being an artist, and i realistically could take it easy and live a peaceful albeit boring life if i wanted to because of grades, but i just cant.
I will chase my dream untill i die, even if it makes my parents dissappointed or if i have to scrape by for as many years as it takes.
You see, mori's phylosophy comes from fear of death. Fear that you life will end and you'll regret not doing what you love.
I felt that way years before i discovered hololive, but she was my wake up call.
If you want to give up your dream is up to you, thats what most people do and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, but personally, i cant live with that regret.
