I disagree. Obviously Shion is sweet and kind, but that teasing is also a part of her personality, unlike Towa's case where her being a devil is just the character she was assigned. Given how Shion's behavior is corroborated by other members candidly, in a similar vein to Aqua's shyness, I'm inclined to believe that she is actually a kusogaki who is kind and caring when you get to know her. Hypothetically, if Shion left Hololive but did not return to being Kuroa, and instead reincarnated into another model that matched her personality, I would begrudgingly accept it, but Kuroa's appearance just feels deeply wrong to me. It's hard to say for sure since obviously I'm not in the vanishingly small minority that knew Shion before she was in Hololive, which means there's likely some bias within me, but even if I had found her then I feel that one of my first thoughts would have been "this appearance doesn't suit her." I think this fairly often when I see vtubers with models that don't match their personalities.
