There's probably a strong self-selection mechanism at work here. If you can pay in ARS, you're likely to go for the T4 which then costs $5, because why the fuck not. If you can't, you're much more likely to settle for T2 or just give up. This creates an enormous bias towards people who can pay in ARS. I know jack shit about this but it looks like a "prices too high" problem to me.
