This is hard, since I am not entirely familiar with Tenma. Fate, and by extension these cards, suggest that he will host some kind of English stream after accomplishing some sort of milestone. Normally I would assume this would mean completing a game, but Tenma from memory doesn't really play any single player games, right? Maybe the milestone could be not of one of his own, but of that of his friends. Maybe after a 3D stream or collab in the future. Unfortunately there isn't a clear 'date' to divine...I'd go out on a whim and say that, purely because these are a majority of Major Arcana, that it is after a 3D debut or stream.

Always a funny question.
It's a tough question though. Even as a firm believer of Divination, I can shrug my shoulders and say it's most likely nonsense. Logically, it makes no sense for a pack of cards to be able to answer any question you ask, but sometimes the world doesn't make sense, and the more coincedences that occur, the harder it becomes to not believe in things like Fate. Regardless of if it is real or not, tarot readings have a shared thing with all people, and that's the ability to put people at ease, reassure them, or even entertain those who don't believe in it and mock it. Sometimes telling people that they're going to be okay is all they need to feel like they're in control of their lives.

That's the real magic of Divination.
