I keep seeing this idea floating around, primarily from /vt/. Reddit and Twitter occasionally mention it, but not nearly as much as this board does. It seems kind of weird to me though. That would be like saying your girlfriend is cheating on you just because she had a conversation with a man. Most interactions between vtubers of different genders are non-sexual. Plus, most vtubers (at least from what I can tell) don't claim to be in any sort of exclusive relationship with their audience. It would be like saying you're cucked because some female celebrity you follow started dating another guy. Is it just guys that are so lonely that they have to pretend to be in a relationship with their oshi to keep from offing themselves?
