Where the hell does this come from? Recently I rewatched her debut and there is nothing remotely similar to that. There were a few moments when she spoke Indonesian without providing the English translation, sure, but she even talks about having EN/JP streams in her plans at the 32:16 mark.

A reminder that the first Holostars have been on Anya levels (and even below) for some 2 years now, and they're still profitable enough to keep them around with not just monthly wages, but also further investments like more Live2D and 3D models and merch. Similarly, Sora debuted to 13 viewers back in fucking 2017, and she's all fine and dandy to this very day, just as any Holos will be after collabing with VShojo, if it ever happens.
