Just because Cover has creative control doesn't mean that they're not willing to work with her on matching a sound she has in mind, especially if she's capable of doing some of the leg work herself. AZKi was allowed to compose songs on her album despite how heavily her image was managed by the frog, much less work with him to pick who was going to compose and being part of refining the song. If IRyS had similar levels of experience and determination, it's not unreasonable to expect her to be working on or even having put out a Eurobeat song given her love for the genre, which would be a song she'd have a sense of ownership over even if the finer details are handled by Cover.
