Amiami mentions when it includes the base. Their measurements have always been bang on for me and I ordered 90% of my collection from them. I will say they seemed to have made their PUPs a bit bigger than figmas since last I checked. I remember people bitching about how small they were.

They are too tiny though, I collect mainly scales, but I do have a bunch of nendos and a few figmas.
