Mouse always said bubi would be "technically" the first male vshojo when joking about him finally debuting. I'd hardly call him independent considering his connection directly to mouse. I mean unlike Haruka, Snuffy, etc, he doesn't work independently from Mouse entirely. She's kind of set him up with everything and they're a team. FalseEyeD popped into the subathon the other day and asked if Bubi was Mouse's IP and she said "Oh yes I own him." Which you can take in more than one way(a gag that she owns her butler slave), but the idea is that if he's a part of Mouse's IP, then he's a part of Vshojo.
