My version of this rrat is that she wasn't literally management but her and some other talents were effectively shadow managers after half the EN staff fucked off to bankrupt and NFT company and more and more management duties ended up being delegated to the bilingual talents who were already being relied on to translate everything to the JOP upper management. It's not a far jump from that to lets just cut out the middleman and delegate to them more responsibilities so they don't have to constantly be taking things back and forth between the JP management and talents. It's pretty obvious that they've been effectively self governing for a while, if not on paper at least in practice.

It also explains why they'd be so assblasted about Selen being a pain to the managers and accusing them of incompetence, because if it was me and someone was ignoring my incompetent middle manager boss I'd think she's based. Unless of course, I was middle management and I was the one having to deal with it. If the Selen's issues with management were actually issues with Elira as shadow management, that explains why she was so eager to make that stream to clear management's name

It even explains why they would release the statement about harassment by livers in the termination notice, when it seemed like her main issues were with management until that point. If managers and livers were effectively one and the same then...

doesn't count as a reason for this thread. People do things for a reason and I want to hear a convincing logical rrat that could possibly explain her motivations for such a disastrous decision. Same question goes for Vox and Ike.
