You can tell straight up who sings it. And if we talk about voice control I could argue she is on part with Gura when she actually does her reps. IRyS is just not lazy fuck.

Damage control? Are you COVER rep? Everyone on HoloEN knows how COVER don't give a shit about their idols, unless it's about control. Ame won't release songs because of the same reason. And it took Gura 9 fucking months to produce a song. they do it mostly on their own money, Kiara didn't tell much details, other than COVER just throws them a bone. You could say "this is why they are getting SC for", but it won't change the fact that company who supposed to support their idols don't do it. unless you got used to producing your own songs (like Mori and IRyS) and covers, motivation to do songs alone fades away. It just turns into work for the sake of work.

Today it's Kiara, tomorrow it's your oshi. Even IRyS said Hololive is hope for her (or something like that) in her previous stream. Maybe she is expecting some support from COVER in the department of producing her originals?
