It's Selen. She wraps herself up way too much into being good at video games which makes it so when she loses she has a break down because it's something she's suppose to accel at. She should take a step back and realize it's just a game. She isn't a pro APEX/OW2, or what ever player. Her streaming career doesn't hinge on such things, she's a vtuber thus an entertainer (regardless of how you feel about her entertainment value). She would be better mentally to not be in the dumps for something that isn't her main content and are just games.

There are people that are better and worse than her in regards of video games and they all lose and they don't have a mental crisis over it.

Well management is pretty shit at getting permissions from people that have already given it but haven't signed a document yet. I can't blame someone getting fed up at a certain point. They should send the document to the liver and have them look if the information is correct then the liver will send it to the person or corporation they're asking permissions from. Being honest with you, I have a lot on my plate right now when it comes to helping others which include:
