Offkai only might want certain amount of members and cannot accomoidate 27 meet and greets. In the past, Phase has generally been a "we either all go or none of us go" and this was an issue at Youmacon the official Youmacon Discord tried to get Pippa removed, but were told picrel with the implication that if Pippa got pulled, Phase would walk.
