PLEASE do not go this path with bloody twitter posts because that just means the source will never see the light of day. I can't count the amount of times I've had to go archive diving for a source only to find its a twitter post with no source posted. I'll even help by spoonfeeding you something to make twitter saving actually convenient.

You can even modify the filename in the script. If you are using firefox then you can change
// @grant none
to
// @grant GM_download

and then change the contents of
function download(url, name, view) {}
to be
GM_download({url: url, name: name});
and with that you can set defaultFileName var to be able to save to a directory path as firefox will save these to its default dl directory. So you can do something like
"media\\dwn\\twitter\\<%Userid>_<%Tid>_<%PicNo>";
And firefox will save to
DefaultDlDirectory\media\dwn\twitter\hololivetv_1334017308809981953_0.jpg
