2x selling hololive is not worth it you may be making a loss actually unless you really need liquid which you dont. On the other hand, 2x selling miko is viable, but again very suboptimal unless you have more than 600 or so of her.
2x selling chloe is OK but only because of how many of her you have.

You could buy more flare. 4x would give you returns similar to that 1x okayu on a per-coin basis. actually, you'd probably get better returns per coin.
You could also consider buying some mori.
