Would it be an easy victory I wonder? For Gura maybe since she has an advantage in water. If they were to be fighting near the sea shore or in an arena with any body of water Axel is absolutely screwed. Though his Tails might keep her at bay even if she has an advantage.

On a battleground without a body of water however, Axel's chances of victory is significantly boosted and it'll simply be a grudge match between two powerhouses. Cerberus Axel (Syrios) and Red Gura (Gawr). Both of them won't be using their weapons, it'll probably be similar to how the Greeks fought in ancient times, Pankratian. (Look at picrel for example). In terms of raw power, Axel has the upper hand, even if the battlefield is aquatic. For Gura it's a matter of speed and versatility and even if she's fast, it's unlikely any of her fatal-induced blows could kill The Gladiator in a few strikes, he's built to take down monsters with his bare hands.

TL;DR: Axel is stronger than the shark by a wide margin. But the shark is faster than the dingo in the same vein.
