Ame said she provided some dresses as ideas, Nabi sent back some dress options and Ame picked one. The things she requested were the sunglasses and the moustache. Everything else was left to Nabi-mama. Nabi often draws her anime girls with tattoos (pic rel). Obviously if she's intentionally not mentioning it we can't know, but based on information so far it seems like something Nabi put there, not something Ame requested.

Continuing the trend of "I'm the only one who does any fucking work around here", I'll add that I found that "a self-professed furry called me cringe" youtube comment that Ame talked about . It had no thumbs up and was 300 comments down in a page of 350 comments on a clip with 4k views. If Ame reads almost all Youtube comments on not just her VODs but also on nearly every uploaded clip of her VODs, there's a good chance she'll have read a containment breaker's comment, or a comment from someone so socially oblivious that they actually state that stuff about the tattoo in a public forum like Youtube comments sections and more to the point, if she thinks it's valuable to read almost every Youtube comment, there is literally no way on Earth or in Heaven or Hell that she isn't /here/ and reading criticism too
