I'm conflicted. On one hand I like to see Freedoms granted and guaranteed so they can be applied to more things and since Lawrence stems from the nebulous Right to Privacy it is an important right to keep strong in any way we can, hopefully so the true flagrant disregards for it can be addressed such as mass spying.
On the other hand, I also believe in States being able to make their own choices regarding the Laws they want... though sometimes the results of it can be tragic. Consensual Adult Incest is legal in France now, but it was too late for Julien or Marguerite.
